π Institute of Mechatronic Systems (IMES)
On January 28th, the Institute of Mechatronic Systems (IMES) once again opened its doors for a special event: the regular get-together gave students and institute staff the opportunity to chat in a relaxed atmosphere.
In addition to tours of the laboratories, guests were given insights into ongoing research projects and took advantage of the opportunity for numerous stimulating conversations. We were also there and had the opportunity to present one of our robots. In addition, we brought along various components that could not only be viewed but also handled – an ideal basis for technical exchange and curious questions. Some of these components are already part of our new generation of robots, which we are currently working on intensively.
With pizza and a pleasant atmosphere, there was plenty of time for students, staff, and researchers to network. The event thus provided an open setting for deepening interests and making contacts. We are delighted by the great interest shown and look forward to the next meeting!
